9 Month Old Baby Girl No Teeth

Just wanted some advice, when did all your Lo's get their first tooth??

My DS is 9 months old, no teeth and has no signs of them cutting, im becoming slightly worried so many people have been asking if he has any teeth and then begin to tell me how their baby was 5 months etc when they started

I know every baby is different, but not once have i came across a baby who didn't have 1 tooth by 9 months.

my friends little girl didnt get her first tooth she was almost one ,then it seemed like they  ALL came through within a couple of weeks

My eldest got 1st tooth at 9 months, my 2nd at 10 months. My friends child was a year when got first tooth so wouldn't worry, they ll appear when ready too

So nice to hear that others were in the same situation, as a first time mum i probably worry more than i should! Hopefully they will pop through soon and he will no longer get called gummy at toddlers

Hi mine was 11 and a half months And she still only has about 8 and she's 22 months! x

My DS (now 3.5yrs) got his first tooth at 13 months - well he got two top and two bottom and they came through in twos after that!

None of my 4 children had any teeth until they were over 11 months my ds 2 was 13 months when all 4 came at once, he is now 5 and the only child in his class not to have lost any yet

They never had any problems, all ate the same foods as us by 12 months they all used to love munching on a baggette with there gums

As with everything about babies they do things when they want to:)

Mine was 11 months before he cut his first 2 bottom teeth. He's 2 and he's still got 3 more to get.

My daughter was 14.5 months before she got her first tooth and i was worried sick... i took her to the dentist and everything And as the dentist asked me " have you ever met a person who has never had any teeth ? "  Fair enough haha !

Oh my daughter got 5 teeth within a week, poor wee soul xx

My eldest cut her first tooth the week of her first birthday! I wasn't concerned in the slightest as my brother and I were both over one before we cut any teeth so I was half expecting some late teeth-cutting in my own kids!

My little boy got his first tooth at 11 months and now has 3. He is one next week.
I looked in my old baby record book and found out that I go my first tooth 3 weeks before I was one, so it must run in the family!

Couple more points.

Interestingly my little boy is walking and toddling happily already and some of his friends who had 6 teeth already at 7 months have only just started crawling at 11 months. I know which one I'd be more worried about not doing by 11 months!

My LO also has no problem chomping on all foods from sandwiches to roast dinner.
